Each plan offers preventative service and Emergency Assistance Service Calls. This means rather then get lumped with one big bill when your computer has a problem, you simply pay one low monthly fee to have us keep your computer or laptop working properly...before it is too late.
Basic Service Plan
This plan is designed for the casual computer user giving you 2 preventative maintenance services and 2 Emergency Assistance Service Calls each year. Keep your monthly fee down by paying only $11.99 per month for this service plan. You could upgrade later when you decide that you want more protection.
Standard Service Plan
Use your computer often? At $22.99, the Standard Plan gives you enhanced protection offering 4 preventative maintenance services and 4 Emergency Assistance Service Calls each year.
Advanced Service Plan
The Advanced Plan is designed for families and heavy computer users and offers 6 preventative maintenance services and 6 Emergency Assistance Service Calls each year for up to two computers.
Conditions Apply
Maintenance Service means a 60 minute service;
Emergency Assistance Service Call means a 30 minute service.
Parts and hardware not included.
*Standard Service Call means a 60 minute visit - $50 per hour charged in 30 minute increments thereafter.
